We’re seeking a dedicated Network Operations Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with ConnexOne clients, troubleshooting and resolving networking-related issues. Your expertise will help ensure network reliability and performance, leveraging technologies like AWS, Linux, Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo Alto.

Who is Right for the Role?
- 2+ years in network operations or engineering, with proven client support experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nagios).
- Familiarity with network security (e.g., VPNs, IDS/IPS).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or similar.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
