Role Summary
ConnexAI has been a global leader in AI-driven solutions for over a decade, serving businesses worldwide. We are expanding our footprint in the US market and seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Demand Generation Manager to drive growth in this critical region. As the Senior Marketing Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with ConnexAI’s US growth objectives. You will work closely with the sales team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive the sales pipeline through Account-Based Marketing (ABM), webinars, field events, trade shows, and advanced marketing operations.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and executing high-impact demand generation strategies from the ground up, a deep understanding of sales and marketing alignment, and a knack for identifying new opportunities to accelerate pipeline growth.
Location: Preferably Miami, FL (remote candidates across the US will also be considered).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute ABM Campaigns: Create and manage account-based marketing strategies targeting key industries and decision-makers in the US market. Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver personalized campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
- Web-Based Event Management: Plan, promote, and execute webinars and other virtual events to engage prospects and advance them through the sales funnel. Use data insights to optimize campaigns and ensure they align with sales objectives.
- Field Events & Trade Shows: Oversee the planning and execution of field events, trade shows, and conferences. Work with sales to create a seamless attendee experience and an effective follow-up strategy that maximizes lead conversion.
- Marketing Operations Expertise: Implement and manage marketing operations to ensure seamless campaign execution across integrated marketing channels. Optimize tools such as marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to track campaign performance and analyze results.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the US sales and channel teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign goals. Provide regular reports on marketing’s contribution to pipeline growth and return on investment (ROI).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or field marketing, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS
- Expertise in planning and executing ABM campaigns with a track record of driving engagement with target accounts
- Significant experience hosting webinars, managing field events, and running targeted ad campaigns
- Proficiency in marketing operations, including marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, Influ2) and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Self-starter with experience building marketing strategies from scratch and delivering measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and optimize key marketing performance indicators (KPIs)
