Role Summary

As part of our mission to optimize business processes, we’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team and make an impact. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, customization, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role is critical in ensuring the platform supports our business goals, enhances user experience, and delivers actionable insights.
Location: Miami, FL (On-site)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and security.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce features, such as workflows, custom objects, page layouts, and fields.
- Design and implement dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct regular data integrity checks, de-duplication, and cleaning processes to maintain data accuracy.
- Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring adoption and best practices.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and leverage new features to enhance platform functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and manage system updates.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration tools, including workflows, validation rules, and data management.
- Experience with third-party integrations and Salesforce AppExchange solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and security.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
