Role Summary
ConnexAI is a multi-award winning omnichannel customer engagement platform, driving the future of contact centers with next-generation technology. As part of our mission to optimize business processes, we’re looking for an IT Technician to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will oversee daily IT operations and projects, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
Location: Miami, FL (On-site)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and configure new laptops, install necessary software, and ensure all IT resources are ready for onboarding.
- Coordinate the procurement of laptops, accessories, and other IT equipment for new hires and existing staff as needed.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely technical support to employees.
- Set up and maintain VPN access for employees, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
- Assist with account setup, password management, and security configurations to ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, track orders, and document troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support, technical support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with VPN setup, network security, and remote access solutions.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Ability to order, track, and manage IT equipment and supplies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
