Role Summary
The Enterprise Account Executive role is a key part of the ConnexAI sales team. The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for developing and implementing account strategies that drive client acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a hunter’s mentality to consistently achieve sales targets. You will collaborate closely with your Sales Director as a vital member of the ConnexAI team.
Location: United States (Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Manage your daily calendar and activities, as well as those of your dedicated Business Development Executives.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with key individuals within the customer base, ensuring strong connections at all levels.
- Prospect into C-level executives on both the business and IT sides of organizations.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Actively share information on sales and prospecting activities through regular feedback and participation in sales and operational meetings.
- Stay current with ConnexAI product updates and participate in sales training sessions.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and pricing proposals.
- Conduct sales calls with both new and existing customers.
- Monitor and report on sales activities to the Executive and Management teams.
- Regularly update sales forecasts and maintain data in Salesforce.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SaaS/High Tech sales and deal-closing experience, with a preference for experience in the CX or CCaaS industry
- Strong knowledge of the CCaaS enterprise market
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing profitability
- Expertise in sales strategies and methodologies, with a preference for Customer Centric Selling and MEDDIC frameworks
- Passionate about pipeline generation and development
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Excellent presentation skills
