Business Development Executive

Role Summary

 

ConnexAI is seeking Business Development Executives to join our rapidly growing sales team in Miami, Florida.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun, fast-paced, and dynamic team that sells the ConnexAI product globally. We’re looking for individuals who are target-driven, motivated to succeed, and eager to learn and build a successful career in software sales!

Location: Miami, FL (On-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Outreach: Reach potential customers via phone calls, LinkedIn, email, and other outbound demand generation tools to develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Opportunity Qualification: Identify and understand customer challenges and explain how our solutions address those business needs.
  • Achieving Set Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals by generating leads and booking meetings with decision-makers.
  • Relationship Building and Management: Engage with decision-makers at all levels across various industries to build and maintain relationships.
  • Continuous Development: Learn and gain a solid understanding of ConnexAI products and services.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at networking events across the country.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior outbound sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge or experience in software sales is an advantage but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
