AI Sales Specialist

Role Summary


ConnexAI is seeking AI Sales Specialists to join our rapidly expanding sales team in the US.

The AI Sales Specialist role is a key component of the ConnexAI sales team. This role focuses on developing and implementing account strategies that drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely within your team, leveraging a hunter’s mentality to achieve sales targets across all channels. Additionally, you will collaborate directly with your Sales Director as part of the ConnexAI team.

Location: Miami, FL (On-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of your calendar and your dedicated Business Development Representative.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Define, develop, and manage relationships with key individuals within the customer base, ensuring strong relationships are maintained at all levels.
  • Prospect into the C-suite to generate new opportunities
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Actively contribute to sales and prospecting activities through regular feedback and participation in sales and operational meetings.
  • Continuously participate in ConnexAI product updates and sales training.
  • Create and deliver compelling customer presentations and pricing proposals.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand the client base.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities for the Executive and Management teams.
  • Provide regular updates to sales forecasts

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS/High-Tech and Automation, with a strong preference for Conversational AI and RPA/BPA industries
  • Deep understanding of customer experience (CX), call centers, and the engagement space
  • Proven hunter across all levels—SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise—with diverse vertical expertise
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Expertise in sales strategies and methodologies
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue growth and increasing profitability
  • Passionate about pipeline generation and development
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Excellent presentation skills
