As part of our mission to optimize business processes, we’re looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team and make an impact. As an Account Manager you will have a high understanding of your clients needs to deliver excellent service and build strong long lasting relationships. In turn you will enhance your clients customer experience and therefore improve their customer journey at Connex One. Working closely with our Sales and Support teams you will learn how to balance multiple projects and assign specific work to the correct teams.

Location: Miami, FL (On-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop healthy customer relationships
  • Enhance customer training and ability
  • Evaluate and analyse customer needs
  • Build trust and transparency with clients
  • Manage client expansions
  • Act as a customer advocate
  • Encourage customers to upgrade their products
  • Promote customer loyalty

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing customer success role
  • Strategic thinker, problem-solver, and decision-maker who drives customer loyalty
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to navigate and lead discussions with C-suite executives
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience managing difficult customer interactions with patience and professionalism
  • Skilled at handling customer inquiries with tact and diplomacy to ensure retention and continued product engagement
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client offices; must have a valid driver’s license
