As part of our mission to optimize business processes, we’re looking for a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team in Miami, Florida.
Location: Miami, FL (On-site)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations, ensuring smooth internal processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between teams and departments.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and documentation.
- Support administrative tasks, vendor management, and office logistics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Handle reporting, data entry, and basic financial tracking.
- Provide general support for leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in operations, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and resourceful approach to work.
