As part of our mission to optimize business processes, we’re looking for a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team in Miami, Florida.

Location: Miami, FL (On-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations, ensuring smooth internal processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between teams and departments.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks, vendor management, and office logistics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Handle reporting, data entry, and basic financial tracking.
  • Provide general support for leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in operations, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and resourceful approach to work.
