Role Summary
ConnexAI is a multi-award winning omnichannel customer engagement platform, driving the future of contact centers with next-generation technology. As part of our mission to optimize business processes, we’re looking for an IT Specialist to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will oversee daily IT operations and projects, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices. You will play a key role in promoting ICT security standards and serving as an escalation point for complex issues. Managing a ticketing system, you will ensure SLAs are met while driving service innovation and fostering a strong infrastructure-focused culture.
Location: Miami, FL (On-site)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure IT Technicians are working to our ISO and Cyber Security standards
- Improvement of our standard policies to reflect an internationally growing business
- Recruitment of IT Technicians worldwide in our new and existing international offices
- Generating and analysing KPIs to ensure we’re delivering the best service for our internal staff
- Liaise with new and existing suppliers to negotiate costs and contracts
- Recommend and implement Improvements to existing Infrastructure processes
- Review internal services including Antivirus and Active Directory to advise on growth strategies
- Be a key stakeholder for set-up of new offices globally
Requirements:
- Experience in a technology-driven, high-volume, 24/7 business environment
- MSP experience
- Strong knowledge of SaaS environments
- Exposure to international business operations
- Background in a collaborative IT/Infrastructure setting
- Proven ability to coach, lead, inspire, and support teams
- Flexible and pragmatic approach to business needs

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Eager to grow and expand responsibilities alongside the business
- Experience working in an ISO-compliant environment
- Certifications such as Microsoft MTA, MCSA, or MCSP are a plus
- Proficiency in managing virtual environments
- Networking knowledge at a minimum CCNA level
- Familiarity with G Suite
