ConnexAI welcomes Bridget Hayes as Head of Channel

ConnexAI, the all-in-one customer experience software and AI provider, is excited to announce the appointment of Bridget Hayes as Head of Channel, joining Vice President of Channel Sales, Bobby Hall.

With over 20 years of experience in driving channel growth and building strategic partnerships, Hayes will lead ConnexAI’s Channel Program and expand its impact globally.

Prior to joining ConnexAI, Hayes held key leadership roles, including Sales Leader at KORE and Global Marketing Director at Black Box, where she successfully led teams across multiple regions and industries. Her extensive expertise in omnichannel strategy, market expansion, and sales leadership will be critical as ConnexAI continues its global growth.
