Launched earlier this year by the established cloud computing awards body, The Cloud Awards, The A.I. Awards is a new program designed to recognise and reward excellence and innovation in cloud artificial intelligence technologies and machine learning. The program covers a wide range of categories, from industry-specific awards in healthcare, finance, and manufacturing, to awards that highlight AI's role in driving process improvements like personalization and automation.

James Williams, CEO of The Cloud Awards, shared his enthusiasm about ConnexAI and this year's finalists:
