We're looking for a Solutions Architect based in South Africa to bridge the gap between client needs and technical implementation. You’ll work alongside our sales and engineering teams to design scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business goals and drive customer success.
What you’ll do
You’ll work directly with clients and prospects to understand their goals, technical environments, and use cases. You’ll design and present tailored solutions, create detailed architecture documentation, and support technical onboarding. You’ll also contribute to product feedback loops and help identify opportunities for optimisation or expansion.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have a strong technical background, ideally with experience in cloud, APIs, or SaaS platforms. You’ll be comfortable working in a client-facing role and translating complex requirements into actionable solutions. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally are all essential.
