Connex is proud to have recently passed the re-certification for ISO27001, further emphasising our commitment to upholding international security standards.

ISO27001 is the international standard for information security. It sets out the specification for an information security management system. This certification is recognised worldwide and helps us as
an organisation to remain accountable for providing the best security standards to our customers.

Part of being compliant is having a framework that helps us as an organisation to establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and continually improve Information Security Management System (ISMS). The process addresses all three vital elements- people, processes and technology.

The number of ISO27001 certifications has grown by more than 450% in the past ten years, and Connex is extremely proud to be part of this growth. Enabling this process helps us to perform better as a business, and ensures we meet the information security requirements of laws such as the EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the NIS (Network and Information Systems) regulations.

Not only does this certification enable us to perform our work more efficiently, but it allows many of our customers to incorporate the Connex Platform into their system due to our high level of compliance. Having the trust of our customers is extremely important for us at Connex, and we take the security and compliance of our customers very seriously.

Being ISO27001 compliant for Connex ensures that our data is protected at all times, we have increased our resilience against cyber attacks, reduced the costs involved for information security
and we are continuously evolving to respond to security threats.
Connex remains committed to enhanced security measures as an ongoing process.

Employees at Connex will continue working hard to maintaining and over exceeding the security standards to protect the data of both the company and our customers.
