Connex UK head office awarded ISO 9001 accreditation

Connex is very proud to announce that we have achieved the internationally recognised ISO 9001 certification, with no findings.

Receiving this standard from Lloyd’s Register, ensures that our products and services meet the needs of our clients and partners through an effective quality management system.

ISO 9001 seeks to emphasise business efficiency, productivity and management processes and is recognised a globally as a high standard of business efficiency.

Connex’s Compliance Manager Bethany Longthorne commented:

“We are very pleased to announce to have achieved ISO 9001, kudos to everybody involved. This is a real achievement for Connex as a business and only goes to emphaisise the hard work and dedication we have at every level of the business.”

Connex also seeks to expand our growing accreditations as we prepare to undergo the same audit for our global offices in South Africa later this year.

In our mission to provide the best possible standard of service to our customers, Connex also eyes ISO 2230: Business Continuity certification for UK and overseas offices later this year. This accreditation will show how we can continue to work and provide our services in the event of a disaster or incident such as the pandemic we are all currently living through now.
