The recognition, presented by GP Bullhound, marks the third consecutive year that Connex One has featured in the prestigious list — and represents an impressive leap of 46 places from its No. 59 ranking in 2020.
Over the past year, Connex One has launched a range of next-generation customer engagement and AI features, enabling the company to double its number of enterprise clients and active licences on the Connex One platform.
