The facility will accelerate the company's global expansion, scale its international operations and drive continued investment in its AI Research Lab, headquartered in Manchester, where ConnexAI develops proprietary AI technology in-house.
The revenue-based credit facility, finalised in March 2026, follows ConnexAI's £93 million Series C funding round and provides additional financial flexibility as the company enters its next stage of international growth.
HSBC Innovation Banking's MRR Lines of Credit are tailored to high-growth technology businesses with strong recurring revenue, and the facility reflects confidence in ConnexAI's commercial momentum and long-term trajectory.
