ConnexAI, a leading customer engagement and AI platform provider, has been named one of the top 15 fastest-growing technology companies in the North of England, Scotland and Ireland, ranking No. 13 in this year’s Northern Tech Awards Top 100 Fastest Growing Technology Companies.
The recognition, presented by GP Bullhound, marks the third consecutive year that ConnexAI has been featured in the prestigious list — and represents an impressive 46-place leap from its No. 59 ranking in 2020.
Over the past year, ConnexAI has launched a range of next-generation customer engagement and AI features, enabling the company to double its number of enterprise clients and active licenses on the ConnexAI platform.
The company also expanded its operations both in the U.K. and internationally, completing three major office expansions across the U.K., the United States, and South Africa in 2021. ConnexAI’s headcount surpassed 250 employees this year, exceeding its projected growth targets.
