Connex One, a leading provider of AI-powered customer engagement software, has secured more than £93 million for a minority equity stake from investors, including technology advisory and investment firm GP Bullhound. The funding will enable Connex One to scale its international operations and further strengthen its position as a market leader in customer engagement technology.

Founded in 2013 by brothers Nick Mealey and Richard Mealey, Connex One has developed a multi-award-winning AI-driven platform that delivers omnichannel communication and business automation solutions. The platform powers customer journeys for many of the world’s leading brands, driving revenue growth and optimising workforce efficiency.

In recent years, Connex One has expanded its product and machine learning teams and introduced a range of next-generation AI customer engagement features. The company has achieved consecutive years of triple-digit growth in enterprise clients and annual recurring revenue.

To meet growing global demand, Connex One has increased its international footprint, opening new offices in Miami, Barcelona, and Melbourne in 2022. The company is on track to expand its workforce to 1,000 employees worldwide.
