ConnexAI is seeking a new Solutions Architect to join our rapidly expanding sales team in the US.

What’s the role of a Solutions Architect at ConnexAI?
Solutions Architects in our business live at the intersection of sales and technology. Using your technical background as a foundation, you’ll help prospective clients understand the gains and benefits that can be delivered by modern, cloud-based, customer experiences. Most of the opportunities will be driven by “art of the possible” demo-style sessions to enthuse, excite and engage prospective clients but you will also handle the technical aspects of formal procurement processes. In terms of clients, we work with a huge range! Some are enterprise heavyweights across, retail, travel, utilities and multi national BPOs, you will know of – or have interacted with a lot of our clients.

At ConnexAI, we design, build, and manage our own suite of modern cloud-native AI powered communication technologies. Our industry leading Athena AI delivers powerful conversational AI and automation across our omnichannel and dialler platform. Our AI engine ‘Athena’ is the brains behind a lot of our tech, from chat bot to speech analytics, Real-Time call transcription, Speech-Enabled IVR and Real-Time Agent Coach being some of the new features.
What will you do day-to-day?
As a subject matter expert of the ConnexAI ecosystem you will respond to technical requests for information, conduct technical and operational discovery meetings, craft exceptional platform demonstrations, scope and validate integrations with 3rd parties, write technical documentation to seamlessly onboard new customers and engage with current customers to showcase new features and modules.
Responsibilities:
- A self-starter with a strong desire to continuously expand technical knowledge, particularly in AI.
- Hands-on experience with AI, integrations, CCaaS, and UCaaS technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously, while remaining laser-focused on winning deals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building lasting relationships.
- A solid understanding of sales processes, strategies, and tactics to drive business success.
- Fast learner, enthusiastic, and positive, with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude.
- A team player who goes the extra mile to support colleagues and achieve sales objectives.

- Previous experience in a high-growth AI or SaaS company.
