ConnexAI is seeking a new Solutions Architect to join our rapidly expanding sales team in the USA.
What’s the role of a Solutions Architect at ConnexAI?
Solutions Architects in our business operate at the intersection of sales and technology. Using your technical background as a foundation, you’ll help prospective clients understand the advantages and benefits that can be delivered by modern, cloud-based customer experiences.
Some opportunities will involve formal procurement processes, while others will be driven by “art of the possible” demo-style sessions designed to inspire, excite, and engage prospective clients. In terms of clients, we work with a wide range! From enterprise heavyweights across retail, travel, utilities, and multinational BPOs, you will recognize or have interacted with many of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Working alongside our in-house sales team, product specialists, and delivery teams, you’ll take ownership of early customer conversations.
This will include tasks such as:
- Designing and delivering modern, engaging sales presentations and demos.
- Responding to RFIs and RFPs.
- Scoping integrations, custom flows, and validating integrations.
- Meeting new and existing clients face-to-face and online to explain possibilities and push the boundaries of our products.
- Helping to qualify new sales opportunities through detailed discovery meetings, building interest and engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Identifying and responding to suitable opportunities and taking a lead technical role in achieving success.
Requirements:
- A fast learner with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- The ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously and maintain laser focus on winning the deal.
- Strong experience in omnichannel, dialer, knowledge management, workforce optimization, and conversational AI.
- Advanced knowledge of multiple software applications.
- Contact center industry experience or knowledge of the following: generative AI, dialer management, architecture design, networking, hyperscalers, cloud computing, and telecoms.
