ConnexAI has had a historic year in 2022, one marked by unprecedented investment and growth for the business, the addition of hundreds of new features to our CX software, and incredible expansion across both our new and existing international offices.
To commemorate this exceptional year and the brilliant Connexers who made it all possible, our global teams were treated to our biggest celebrations yet, with festive Connexmas parties hosted across four continents.
This year, ConnexAI has celebrated many milestones, including but not limited to:
- Securing a £93 million Series C investment
- A new 18,000 sq ft European HQ in Manchester
- Winning Cloud Technology Provider of the Year
- The launch of three new offices in Europe and one in Australia
- Being selected as a Top European Contender for Unicorn Status
- Ascending to 6th in the Fastest-growing technology companies list
- The distinction of being named Cloud Technology Provider of the Year
- ConnexAI CEO Nick Mealey winning the title of Tech Entrepreneur of the Year
- Record growth in the North American CX market
Plus the thousands of smaller but just as important team milestones across every department of the business.
In addition to all of these accomplishments, this year we welcomed more than 150 new brilliant Connexers to our teams around the world, who promise to help our company grow as we advance towards unicorn status.
End of Year Connexmas Celebrations
It was a festive season like no other for our teams across the globe, as we gathered Connexers for our biggest celebrations yet, with Connexmas parties in the USA, Europe, Africa, and Australia.
Our European Team began the celebrations at The Lowry Hotel in Manchester, with a festive night hosted by none other than stand-up comedian Chris Ramsey. Ramsey entertained our attendees with a fantastic stand-up set and hosted our end-of-year company awards. The night was then capped off by a fantastic live set from Sophie Ellis-Bextor.
Connexers from our Asia-Pacific team gathered in Melbourne to commemorate a year that saw the opening of our Australia office as well as significant progress in establishing Connex’s presence in the APAC markets.
Our ConnexAI US team partied together in Miami after a year of making waves in the North American CX market. Marking a year of incredible growth, the team celebrated doubling the size of their team and expansion into new sectors across various states.
The ConnexAI Africa team celebrated a record-breaking year in style at Durban’s prestigious Northstar Hotel. This year’s event included a sit-down dinner with a masquerade theme, followed by a festive pool party with live entertainment.
